Personality Blueprint

A science-based profile of how a student is naturally wired — built to guide better academic and lifestyle decisions, in partnership with their coach.

~50questions
10–15minutes
8dimensions

What this measures

JMAP Personality Blueprint measures eight dimensions of how a student is naturally wired — how they think, work, connect, handle pressure, persevere, and motivate themselves. There are no right or wrong answers, and no “good” or “bad” results — only insight your coach can act on.

How to answer: Go with your first instinct — the honest answer, not the “impressive” one. Describe how you actually are, not how you wish you were. Accuracy is what makes this useful.
Please note: This is a coaching tool that measures normal personality — not a medical or psychological diagnosis. Personality also keeps developing, especially in the teen years, so treat this as a thoughtful snapshot to open conversations, never a fixed label.

These aren’t weaknesses — they’re where focused support pays off most.

Fields & careers worth exploring

Turn this into a plan

Your coach now has the full profile. The next step is a session that matches your student’s academics, workload, and habits to how they’re truly wired.

JMAP Personality Blueprint is a coaching instrument. It measures normal personality variation and is not a clinical, medical, or diagnostic assessment. Results reflect self-report at a single point in time; personality continues to develop, particularly during adolescence. Suggested majors and careers are exploratory starting points based on temperament only — they do not account for interests, values, skills, or opportunity, and no student should be steered away from a path they care about because of a result here. Use these insights to inform supportive conversations and decisions, not to label or limit any student. If a student is struggling significantly with stress, mood, or anxiety, a licensed counselor or trusted professional is the right resource. © Jesse Morales Academic & Performance Coaching · jmteaches.com
